Founder, Lotfi Maktouf

lm-portrait-b&w2

« Today our societies and indeed governance are at a crossroad. A true revolutionary process is underway whereby the very role of the State as known so far is being challenged and reconsidered. Socio economic dynamics are now powered not by politics but by grass root civil society, efficient, legitimate and potent.

The spirit of the Tunisian revolution is precisely there! No matter how daring are the forces of extremism; citizenry is here to carry on with the unfinished work. Do not expect state or government to shape your future or dictate your destiny. “Affirm yourself and design your own path” seem to repeat those young people who had enough of corruption, inefficiency, indecency and manipulation.

Almadanya can only be understood in this context. We open the gate for others to dare. We start for follow countrymen to set the pattern for tomorrow. »
